We charge a $50 dispatch fee (this is subject to change without notice) to come out and assess your needs and give you a price in writing. If you decide to do the work, the fee will be discounted from the quote. If we are able to give an accurate quote based off of pictures and information in the request form, without making a trip, then the fee will be waived.
No, we do not currently do any kind of roof repairs.
Our 3-year labor warranty covers the labor of Jimmy's Home Repair, for a period of 3 years; if our labor fails, we will repair it for free. It excludes normal wear and tear, fading, sun, rain, storm damage, or any damage by an outside force. Example: we repaint a wall and later, the window leaks and causes damage to the wall or paint, that is not a labor failure, that is an outside force. It also excludes any wood, siding, or sheetrock that we did not replace or repair. Our labor warranty does not cover hardware, electrical failure, or work previously approved by the customer. Example: The customer approves the job while our handyman is on site, then calls our office later and wants to make changes to the completed job. We will happily make the requested changes, but that is not covered under our warranty and will be billed at an additional cost. Our labor warranty on decks and fences is 1 year. We want to service our customers at the highest level, if you have any problems with our workmanship, you let us know.
